Birthday Party Packages

Southern Reptile Education is proud to now offer Birthday Parties for ages 6 and up! The world may love a clown, but kids LOVE SNAKES! Make it a birthday to remember with a unique, fun, and educational program (shhhh, we won't tell them they are learning). These hands-on programs are safe and fun for everyone.  Plus each birthday girl/boy gets a Junior Snake Handler Certificate with their name on it, and a souvenir of real shed snake skin to show their friends*.

General Information:

We offer a standard program that lasts approximately one hour (additional packages may last longer). This includes bringing out several animals, explaining what they are, what they eat, where they live, and how large they get. Some of the animals are hand-on and children will be allowed to touch them (see Safety Section). Some animals are for viewing only, this is for the safety of the animal, the children, or both. We also may bring several objects to talk about including a large shed skin, rattlesnake fangs, rattlesnake rattles, etc. There will also be photo opportunities at the end of the program so that the children can get their picture taken with selected animals. We provides the children with a unique and up close experience that they will cherish for years to come. Base Price starts for parties of up to 25 children. Check options for larger groups.

 The standard program includes: several species of snakes, lizard, turtle/tortoise, and amphibians.  The birthday child gets to assist in many aspects of the program and gets a Junior Snake Wrangler Certificate and a gift such as a shed snake skin.  The base cost of the program is $150.00***

Options:

Large Groups - $35 additional charge for parties of 26-50 Children. (Over 50 require a Live Animal Display)

Safety:

Safety is our top priority. All animals shall be under the control of an exhibitor at all times and pose no reasonable risk to attendees. We will provide Hand Sanitizer that will be required for any child touching an animal. All enclosures are secure and safe to prevent "wandering hands". We are licensed and insured and have track record of 100% safety.

*Snake skins are disinfected and sterilized. Species may vary. Subject to availability. No animals harmed.

**Venomous Species are in secure and safe enclosures and shall not be removed. They are for display only. However, the custom clear enclosures will allow children to get "up-close and personal" while remaining in perfect safety.
